who works for her saying, "I was instructed by Leticia James to go and attack my political opponents." And when
I say meltdown, I mean that because the email went out to hundreds of colleagues all across the division and then they deleted it from state computer servers.
They went into everyone's email account and said, "That is damning for us. We have been role-playing as fair, independent, neutral, nonpartisan
prosecutors." When in fact, we're the exact opposite. We weaponized our entire agency to go attack our political opponents. And so, this exposes us clear
as day. We can't let that stand. The truth cannot come out. So, they then deleted the emails. And now, the story is coming out. And here's the background
here from Times Union. They got a copy of the email. And the guy who sent the email is a prosecutor in her office. He
sent an agencywide email to hundreds of colleagues on Friday saying that he had been instructed by a supervisor who
happens to be this lady right here who sent him the memo, go do this, to quote, "Find and pursue crimes committed by specific people and organizations
affiliated with President Trump. Go take him out." They got a copy of the email attained by Times Union. They haven't released it, but they have read it. Now
the prosecutor was actually assigned to the investor protection bureau alleged in his email that his bureau chief called Shamiso not Shamu which may you
know be a common mistake. Shamiso Mass was who is this person seen right here.
Shamiso Mass was the bureau chief out there working for Big Tish. So she then directed him to quote target Trump
himself, target Truth Social. Go get Huard Packard, the DOJ approved merger, quote, without having a credible reason
for targeting his organizations and individuals. Dang. Whistleblower from the inside, revealing the truth. The email was sent early Friday by another
guy called Assistant Attorney General called Daniel Weisenfeld. Man, shout out to that guy. Officials said that he has worked as an attorney general for about
2 years there. His email quickly deleted from the offic's servers. You didn't see that. and then it vanished from the inboxes of more than 2,000 employees.
They went in there and plucked it right out. A follow-up agencywide email was then sent by Attorney General Leticia James, her lawyer. This person is called
Kumiki Gibson. She sends an email. It's like, uh, nothing happened. Informed employees that, oh, that was an internal matter and that no one in the office was
in danger. Nobody thought they were in danger. They just were getting the truth revealed to them. according to three people familiar with the communication.
Now, this guy Weisenfeld, he's a former assistant DA in Brooklyn, been assigned to the investor protection bureau, working from the office Liberty Street headquarters. He has been assigned to
some of the office's most significant cases, including one in April where Leticia and her office sued Coinbase and Gemini and Titan LLC said that they were
illegally running their prediction markets as well. Now the email and the mention of Her Packard refers to an ongoing opposition of multiple AGs
including Letish that tech giants all were merging and she was unhappy about it. So then another person a spokesperson for James Alexis Richards
she sent out a note. She said this is a personnel matter and the employee has been placed on administrative leave with full pay. [laughter]
Good for him. So he's just collecting a paycheck now after blowing up the office. So, the Office of the AG is committed to upholding New York's laws
and protecting the rights and freedoms of all New Yorkers, regardless of political beliefs. We strongly reject any assertion to the contrary. They tried to connect with this Weisenfeld
guy, this whistleblower. Couldn't be reached for comment on Saturday. Other employees said, "I got the email, but I didn't read it before it was deleted.
Then I saw the follow-up from them and he said in his email, so they quote it, they said, quote, "If you believe Trump is using the Department of Justice
attorneys to prosecute his enemies and further his political interests, then you should find it equally troubling that Tish, he calls her Tish, is doing exactly the same thing. They don't care.
They're happy if Tish weaponizes the AG's office against Trump. They're offended when Trump prosecutes them for weaponizing their offices against him."
Wise and feld. He said, quote, "To everybody, 2,00 people, I ask that you not serve as Tish's personal attorneys by targeting her political enemies.
Instead, I hope you choose to prosecute crimes and find the individuals accountable rather than targeting individuals and then finding crimes or
in many cases just making them up." So, Weisenfeld, the emailer, he also accused James of using quote significant public taxpayer dollars to target convenient
public enemies. She ran for office on that. She ran in a campaign message said too male, too pale, and too stale. We
played a bunch of the videos here, lost a bunch of brain cells doing it. While taking no action against what he described as rampant nonprofit homeless
shelter fraud and anti-semitic crimes in and around synagogues, well, they also did elect Donnie. So, his opening sentence in the email was this. This guy
just went out like Leroy Jenkins in that meme email started. He said, "You know, the best part of having FU money is being able to tell the truth without fear of consequences." So, here we go.
[laughter]
I want to read the full email and get the guy on the show. An apparent reference to the concept of having sufficient financial resources, which, yeah, that's what FU money means. I
don't care. Fire me. And he's still collecting a paycheck. They fired him with pay or suspended him with pay. Now, the extraordinary email says the Times Union and the accusations it made
underscore the vitriolic political relationship between Trump and James.
Trump didn't care about James at all until she brought Michael Cohen out to manufacture two cases against him. Cohen came out and the claim was brought in
Anaron's courtroom. The nipple judge who basically engineered an outcome saying that Trump was getting a windfall by
engaging in loans to fund buildings hit him with like a half a billion dollar judgment that has been overturned. Then
Cohen also went over in Alvin Bragg's prosecution that was brought by Joe Biden's number three, Matthew Kangelo.
And then they manufactured hush money charges, engineered a misdemeanor into a felony to bypass the statute of limitations prohibition against a new
case and then ultimately got a conviction on that because the judge won the con was donating to Joe Biden
operations actually donating cash to support his campaign and then of course engineered an outcome there. But if you
scrutinize that, if you turn around and investigate that, then you're the one weaponizing the government against them.
During her inaugural campaign, she said this, "We will prosecute the president for his crimes while she's campaigning." Also said it after she was elected,
meaning she had no ability to investigate him. She had no cause. She had no evidence. It was all politics from the get-go. And that's why they
elected her. She appeared to follow through on that when there you go, $360 million penalty for illotten gains. All made up. It went up to the court of
appeals. They affirmed the judgment, but they nuked the actual penalty. He appealed it, threw out the massive financial penalty. Then the DOJ has now
pursued her. She's got mortgage fraud and bank fraud crimes because she had two properties with multiple mortgages on them. Both of them saying that they
were her primary residents. She's the AG. She knows what mortgage fraud is and she went and committed it in our opinion. So then James also hired Abby
Lel, the same guy who represented Hunter Biden and Lisa Cook and many others including Don Lemon, the leftist super lawyer, and he's saying she's innocent.
So, he sent a letter back to the DOJ and the back and forth has continued to reach a crescendo. There's a new SDNY
attorney there and nothing's much has happened with him and Leticia. So, he did get subpoenas and those subpoenas
didn't really lead to anything, meaning those subpoenas are no longer enforceable. And so, Tishi got her office blown up. So, shout out to that guy. I mean, proverbially, the
whistleblower sent emails to 2,000 people. They hit the panic button. They deleted the emails from the inboxes of everybody who got one and then said,
"You're safe. Don't worry. It's not a terrorist attack. We just don't like what he had to say." Which of course was the truth. So quickly deleted from the
offic's servers. [laughter] Good for him. And he's still getting paid for it. So all of it is amazing.
The woman behind it who is ordering it is this guy, I mean gal Shamuso Mass Huawei. And we're learning more about
her. Here is another Republican chairman who is now apparently running against her, saying she is weaponizing her
office and not much more here. Some comments from him. Tish James began abusing her office for political gain
for years and we've been covering it every step of the way. But if you look into her for the weaponization, then you're the one who's committing
political retribution, which of course is insane. And so here's a little bit of Michael Cohen. He was explaining that he
gave this guy is a convicted perjurer has now walked it all back has said that Leticia and Alvin Bragg forced him into
doing these things. Here he is in a clip that came over from the researcher from October 2023 as they were engaged in the middle of this operation saying
specifically that he was the guy behind it and now he's walking it back. Now he says that he was pressured by Leticia and Alvin Bragg. Here's a little bit of Michael Cohen. lose credibility because
they're supposed to know everything or they don't get called back, which they want neither of. So, the other day I'm listening to these two pundits talking
about me and saying, "Well, I may not make a great witness for the attorney general." Let me be very clear, brigators. I am the witness for the New York Attorney General.
They had no one else.
I don't have to go back and show you the clip where she acknowledges the whole thing basically started from my own testimony. the documents. How do they
know what documents, you know, I provided to the attorney general? How do they know the testimony that I provided to the attorney general that they built this case on over time? They don't.
They don't. And he turned out to have been making it up and largely was under pressure according to his own Substack, which he posted months ago, saying that
he was forced essentially to make this deal, to testify as he did, in order to attack their political opponents. So now Cohen and Trump, I guess, are on good
terms. Trump went and had a conversation with him for whatever reason. But the lawfare brought against them was at a
fever pitch all throughout the aftermath of January 6 leading up all the way into 2024. If they could have put Trump in prison, they would have. If the American
people had not vetoed their lawfare, he would be in prison. Juan Khan Meran would have sentenced him on those 34 felony counts and he would be serving
time, I would suspect, or some analog of that. But Alina Abba, who lived through a lot of it, remember Alina Abba was Trump's lawyer back during nipple judge
anger on Areola judge. She said, "You know, I stood on those courthouse steps every day and told you exactly what Leticia James was doing. She didn't find
a crime and follow the evidence. She picked President Trump and went shopping for one. They called me a liar. And now the truth is coming from inside her own
office. I told you so, Tish. The witch hunt just found its whistleblower." And that of course begs the question, this
guy is apparently willing to just lose it all in order to tell the truth. Blew up 2,000 people's email inboxes explaining exactly what went down. Knows
the names, knows the inside operations that occurred. And hopefully this maneuver will bring in some allies from
the DOJ and other investigators who can connect with him, get his testimony, and maybe present it to a grand jury. And all of these people who weaponized their
offices against not only Trump, but everybody else. They went after Trump's CFO, Alan Weiselberg. Remember the guy's like 80 years old, 70s something years old. They put him in jail so that he
could testify or rather not be available to testify and threatened him. It was an onslaught. They were going after everybody because this is what communists do. So, we're happy to see
it. We're going to keep our eye out on more from this guy and hopefully we learn more details about that email. I would love to see the full thing cuz it
sounds epic. But his name, Daniel Weisenfeld, causing a five alarm fire in Tishi's office. All good news and fun
stuff. And hopefully as time goes on, there are more and more of these people who are willing to actually speak the truth and reveal the details on all of
the attack vectors utilized by the other side. Thank you for joining and subscribing as we
